Manage shared leads on iOS and Android
Shared Lead Filters will enable a SalesRabbit user to view other reps leads. This visibility is dependent on Roles & Permissions and must be manually enabled for the Rep role. See below how to manage these shared leads on both iOS and Android in easy to follow steps.
Shared Leads on Android
1) Click the satellite icon to access your Filters menu in the upper right hand corner of the page.
2) Click the words “Shared Leads” – this will populate a drop down menu of options.
3) Apply the necessary parameters.
- Owner – who owns the Leads. Note: The name of the user logged in will never show up on this list; their own Leads will appear under “Leads”
- Filter Date By – allows the user to filter by specific Leads and the way they wish to view them. (See details on step #5.)
- From Date – The start date of which a range is applied
- To Date – The end date of which a range is applied
- Quick Date – A preset time frame. Tip: For day to day work, we recommend using “Quick Date” because the selection of time will always be relevant.
- Status – The statuses applied*
- *Click “Deselect All” then click on Lead Statuses individually if you do not wish to filter all the Leads. Circles around Lead Statuses indicate they are selected.
4a) When you click on the # Users Selected shown in the above screenshot, you may filter Users in alphabetical order…
4b) …or by Group.
4c) If you filter by Group, click the arrows to the left of the organizational grouping if you wish to find individuals under organizations. Otherwise, you may click on the circle(s) applicable.
Note: to deselect EVERYONE to narrow down your selection quickly, uncheck any “Departments”
5) Choose the applicable Lead filtering parameters.
- Date Created – is when a Lead was added to a system originally
- Last Updated – is when the Lead was most recently edited
- Appointment Date – Leads with appointments
6) Either manually apply the appropriate “From Date” and “To Date,” or, choose a “Quick Date” setting by clicking the word “Today.”
8a) Once the filters have been applied, any Shared Leads that fit the parameters will appear both on the map and on the Leads list at the top of the page. Any other User’s Leads will have a circle around their Lead in their assigned user color. Tip: Use the “Leads” tab at the top of your screen if viewing appointments.
If you are unsure of the User’s assigned colors, you may click the Edit (pencil) icon within the upper right of the banner at the bottom of your screen.
