We love sales, but that’s not all we love
Here’s what we’ve been stoked on, hyped for, and talking about.
Tenet
In this new 2020 action film directed by Christopher Nolan, a secret agent, only known as The Protagonist, embarks on a dangerous, time-bending mission to prevent the occurrence of World War lll. His mission centers on a wild time-twisting narrative that makes for a confusing yet intriguing film. If you’ve enjoyed other classic Nolan films like Interstellar, The Dark Knight, Inception, and The Prestige, then Tenet is another must-see on your movie list.
Animal Crossing
Since quarantine, people have been finding ways to fill their time. A lot of people—including us—have made our lives about Animal Crossing, a social simulation video game series developed and published by Nintendo. This game has been especially popular in 2020 for the nature, relaxed multiplayer and creative town design. Everyone that plays it gets the chance to forget about everything happening around them by farming and creating a charming virtual reality.
Apple One Bundle
If you’re an Apple user like us, managing all your subscriptions just got a lot easier. Apple just released a bundled package of: Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Apple Arcade, Apple News Plus, iCloud storage service, and the new Apple Fitness Plus all from $14.95 to $29.95 per month depending on the package you pick. They offer Individual, Family, and Premier packages to match your budget. We are big on using Apple and this has created an easier way to create and track our many subscriptions in one place. If this sounds like something for you, Apple One has a free 30-day free trial being offered in the fall. We’re stoked about it.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
If you’re not familiar with the Call of Duty empire published by Activision, Modern Warfare is the sixteenth installment in the series released in 2019. Although COD Modern Warfare isn’t the newest release from this franchise, it’s our favorite. This campaign is our most popular video game of 2019 (and 2020 honestly). With season five now available including new maps, modes, and weapons, we’re still hyped about playing this war-based first-person shooter.
